Following insights has become my perspective.

What every company needs at the core of their business is to cherish the knowledge that lies in the lack of knowledge. When knowledge equals what is ”safe” the ignorance takes it’s place. The enlightened person is actually wandering in the dark. Blinded by the light. Can you switch what cannot be switched off if received? Can you act like water, can you transform, can you reboot your mind?

The most explicit knowledge is gained only once and extremely briefly, before the feeling of the unknown transcends and becomes the known and recognition takes place alongside the sense of certainty. No wonder we are not getting access to our full brainpotential if we stop it to even try to maxxout the capacity it withholds.

To accomplish this mission you need to rock the boat. Thoose who have balance will not fall, they will only be awaken. Think about it in the sense of developing a company plattform were your people can be fully on their toes so to speak but totally without restrictions, force and demands. Still insync like chemistry because like Einstein said, love is the answer.
